All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues

We understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 15 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong item.

To report an issue, email us at admin@ljpa.ca with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the issue.
  • A description of the problem.

We’ll work with you to evaluate the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund (in exceptional cases).

 

Important Information for U.S. Returns

If your purchase qualifies for a return due to damages or defects (as per our policy above), please note the following:

  • Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, taxes, duty, import fees, and brokerage fees.
  • Preferred Shipping Method: For customers based in the U.S., we recommend using US Postal Service First Class for returning items to ensure cost-effective and reliable shipping.

Please ensure all returns are packaged securely and tracked, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return (at your own cost) your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must be:

  • In their original condition, unworn or unused.
  • Returned with tags and original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exclusions

  • We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items reported outside the 15-day window (excluding EU cooling-off returns).
  • Natural imperfections in handmade materials (rocks, shells, beads) are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.
